Leave Message for Other Users in VM Pro EASIER

I have a new customer that had an Intertel system on that system to leave a message in another users voice mail it was quite simple. He simply picked up his extension handset and pressed 6 dialed the other users extension number and pressed 1 to skip the users greeting and left the other user voice mail message. He hated a lot of things about that system but he loved that one, any ideas to make it easier in avaya ipo r8 land?

He will press #123 for extension 123, and when the greeting comes on, press 1 and leave the message.
