I know this is a stupid question. But, I can't find where to set Outlook (2K) to leave a copy of the message on the server.

I've poked around some and it looks like it's supposed to be on the 'mail delivery' tab under Options, but it ain't there.

Of course, it's next to impossible to get Outlook to tell you how to do this.

Anyhoo, please fill me in on the secret. Thanks.

Go to Tools, then either Services or Accounts (depending on whether you have Exchange Server), highlight your email account, and choose Properties. Then choose the Advanced tab and make your selection of leaving messages on server and how many days. Newposter
