I have a G3V11 Definity, and I am looking into using LOA

Is this a standard feature, or does it have to be activated on the switch

If not where would I activate it

Many thanks

I think LOA requires CentreVu Advocate, but could be wrong.

I Think that was only available from release 12(CM2), and LOA was from release 9 i think

but then I could also be wrong

Frootbat,

least occupied agent feature is available starting with r9 call center software. up to r11 it was offered as a part of avaya business advocate suit, previously named centrevu advocate. starting with r12 this feature became standard part of cc elite package. so you have two ways to obtain it: either buy business advocate package for your current r11 or upgrade your switch and call center to the latest r13 release and you'll get it automatically -- if you already have cc elite, that is.

Just to clarify, the Call Center Release of the PBX is no the same as the Software Release. For example, you can have a Comnnuication Manager 2.2 (R12) software release PBX running Call Center release 9.1.

Make sure you go to system-parameters customer-options and check your Call Center Release (I think page 5 or 6 on an R11 PBX).
