Learning WEBI and Universes

Hi,

I am eager on brushing up my existing skillset (Crystal and SQL) by learning WEBI and Universe creation.

Can anyone suggest whether buying the books and self learning is a better option? Or would getting a certification help?

I don't know that certification would benefit you, but I would definitely suggest taking the Universe and Webi classes from an SAP/BOBJ partner.

If you're anywhere near Philadelphia or Pittsburgh then I would recommend CNE.

Go to Amazon and look for books by Robert Schmidt. Much better and much cheaper than taking BO classes.

The classes are OK, but it takes them 3 days to teach 1 1/2 days of material.
