Is there a place where I can learn php, but only the options that phpmyadmin uses? Every help page in relation to phpmyadmin start teaching about other features of php that phpmyadmin doesn't cover.

Also, a lot of them start covering editing the MySQL configuration files. I thought that phpmyadmin was a way to avoid this.

I'll do whatever it takes to learn php, so if I need to read all the links in the FAQs, instead of a phpmyadmin tutorial, then I'll do it.

What do you think?

Thanks,
Micky

U want to know a good site for learning MySQL?

or you want instructions for PHPMyAdmin?

i only want to learn the options of MySQL that you can configure using PHPMyAdmin.

As you know, there are many options in My SQL that PHPMyAdmin doesn't cover.

For now, I would like to just cut some of the learning curve off.

It just seemed wierd that all the help files for PHPMyAdmin cover many more things that you need to know to get started.
Thanks,
Micky
