My company is converting from Avaya to Cisco Call Manager 8. Any sugestions on where to find information on doing basic administration.

All the administration, installation, and system guides are available on

There are also a couple of basic admin courses available from Global Knowledge: ACUCW1 and ACUCW2 - these courses focus strictly on system administration of the call manager.
If you want a little more in-depth, try their CIPT1 and CIPT2 courses.
