Hi

I work for an Audit Recovery group and as such need to get accounts payable data out of a number of accounts systems. One of those being SAP. Most of the time companies have enough IT Knowledge to extract the data.

But sometimes they don't....

What is the best way of learning enough Abap to enable me to dump tables to text files and run queries to determine the location of certain pieces of information.

Who runs SAP courses? that can cover enough information without having to learn loads of things that I don't need.

Or are there good books out there anyone can recommend?

I have 12 years software development in M$ languages so am certainly not new to programming !

TIA
