I need to put a leading 0 at the front of of an incoming CLI (network provider doesn't send it) and have made the following change

National CPN Prefix: 0

This hasn't worked is there any other changes i ned to make?

You need to know how digitis are being sent from the exchange. There is another parameter but I need to remember what it is, if you set it wrong no digits are displayed.

I have set the trunk group setting as

Numbering Format: unk-unk

At present I can get the format as 1231231234 but no leading 0. Before it was 123-123-1234 and no leading 0.

Is this the other setting your thinking of?

Got it!

On page 1 of the Trunk Group at the bottom it needs to be set as

Calling Number - Delete: Insert: 0 Numbering Format: unk-unk

Spoke to soon

While the adding of a 0 worked...it thrown p another query.

If the caller has their CLI restricted instead of getting the display

External Call (TRu 1)

We now get

Call from 0

How can we add a leading 0 and still retain the External Call display for those who withold CLI?
