LDK30 help please

Hi,
I've taken on a new business and it has an LDK30 switchboard, I'm not very technical so please go easy on me.
Incoming calls ring on the switchboard, but none of the extensions; which is pointless as no-one sits on reception anymore.
Question 1:
How do set the system so that all extensions ring as soon as a call comes in?
Question 2:
If no-one answers, how do I send calls to voicemail; indeed, how do I check if I actually have voicemail installed as there's no documentation from the installer (it was done a while ago).
Question 3:
Can I get the system to divert all calls to another one of my offices, or a mobile number? If so, how do I programme this instruction and the number please?

You need some technical training to be able to do this.
You can search this foum and find some answers.
Software for management can be found on Ad. 1: Create ring groups in PGM190/191
Ad. 2: If for group do this in PGM 190/191
Ad. 3: Check the web for user guides e.g. enter 5541 to divert to another number. You can find userguides in every language on the web just search for LKD30 userguide and ipLDK-100 userguides.
