Update on a question I asked last year.

We've got 4 phone lines coming into the house (mainly as we live in the country and our Broadband speed is poor).

I want a switchboard that will handle the incoming calls and allow us to answer them on the same handset. Replies last time suggest the LDK 24i (is that still the best option?).

My wife want to know what handsets we will have And if they look like office phones.

Cheers,Jez.

i think maybe you are mixing the handsets with the phone system , if you look on the side of the chassis there will be a model number let us know what that is .

Do you want to be able to see the lines and the rest of the phones in the house on the buttons also ?? , if that is the case how many phones do you have in total?

I've got a LDK100 at work, so know these phones

Just wondered if there is a way of getting phone "less office like" working on the system?

Cheers, Jez

Not really if you want switch board type functionality , you can get various types of analogue sets that look pretty but won't provide a key / lamp / pbx type function... You could look a sip endpoint a , however you would need licensing and most probably hardware to achieve this... Unfortunately you are stuck with the lg prop devices

Worth an ask.

Thank you Monty.
