Hi All

With all other LG PBX products you can remove the back-up and battery to reset the system fully, also the userIDs and passwords.
BUT not with LDK-24!
In LDK-24 version 1.0 or 3.0 there are two "parts" of the product: One Keyset admin part (telephony) and one data part.

The login data is placed in the data part of LDK-24.
Removing the battery and the back-up will reset the keyset admin (telephony) part, and not the data part!

So you can end up with an LDK-24 with reset telephony part, where you cannot login!

-> Take care with this issue...

this is Phil from Belgium,
i have this devices from my past away brother and i would like to make some changes, time date, and other stuff, i tried to log in by trying to acces via 192.168.1.1 but no go , can i go through usb ?

Phil

The USB is passive. It has no function.
Only way to log-in is through the LAN and using this address:
192.168.1.1

From a keyset press [TRANS/PGM]+72 to see the ip address - it could have been changed.

Greetings Phil

No, version Fd does not show the ip address. Only version 1.0 Kg.
Is this system connected to the public telephone system by ISDN?

///doktor

yes it is, and so far it is working fine but, it's not possible to change time, nor date or names

Phil

good morning,
i really would like you could help me out, it would be super

Phil

An ISDN modem call indicated that your ISDN modem settings were not active. Your local dealer must enable this in PGM201.
Locally you couls scan for the IP address of the ipLDK-24.
Use one ogf the LAN ports towards the blue lid of the nexer.
Scan for any ip address, but the standard is 192.168.1.1, and the login is admin/admin.
