Ldk -24 login issue

Im having trouble connecting to the unit as I dont have the username and password.
the default ip address is 192.254.86.137
also does anyone have the modem drivers for the unit?

thats right, but how do I make it so that all lines, including the system phones can recieve and dial outgoing numbers?
