ipldk20 voib is freezing twice a day that you have to restart the system for voip calling to start working. but if you ping the card it replies even when it cant make a call. What could be the problem my experts

I saw it recently with the ipLDK-24. We re-initialized several times w/o luck. LG provided a new FW for the product.
I guess that you swap HW and SW. If the problem persist you must report it to your local dealer or LG-Ericsson direct.

I have also seen this - make sure you have the latest firmware for the VoIM

let me try the the firmware first can i have the latest software for both the VOIm and the System and a compatibility sheet
