LDAP query for whenCreated = yesterday

Hello, I am trying to query LDAP to pull only those accounts that were created in the last 24 hours. Now is know that the whenCreated looks like "20071023222129.0Z" but I don't know how to convert that to a variable to pull the information I need.

Any help would be appreciated.
