Ldap problem during upgradation to exchange20000

Hi all,
I am facing a small problem. I am upgrading my Exchange 5.5 to exchange 2000. During this process i had encountered an error saying that:
The upgradation cannot proceed as ensure that windows 2000 active directory and exchange directory services are not listening to same LDAP port.
And the upgradation is not proceeding furthur.
Please helpme out. It's very urgent.


any help is highly appreciated.
