LDAP Not working on Exchange 5.5 HELP!!!!!

Greetings Everyone,

I am Running NT Server 4.0 Service packed and all that good stuff. It has Exchange 5.5 Ent. I am trying to get the LDAP service to work.. It is showing as Enabled but when I do a NetStat -an. Its not showing the port 389. I am trying to get some Content filtering software installed but it uses LDAP on our exchange server.

Anyone run into this.. Know what to do? Did I not set something up right.

Trying to get LDAP to work on Exchange 5.5
