Hi All,

How do I restrict an area code (1506) from being dialed. Currently there is an SDRR=1 with (1976) being denied. How (please briefly detail) do I add the new area codes that I want to deny?

Thanks for all help!!

denying an NPA within ESN NPA seems strange to me. if 1506 is in ld 90 - out cust 0 Feat: net Trans: ac1 type: npa npa 1506 <enter> and it is gone.

Exactly, the "lack" on an Area Code is the way to restrict it. Not sure why you'd have 1976 in DENY since that isn't anything you can dial after an area code.

I'm wondering if your system actually has all the Area Codes in it, or if it is some form of "mini BARS"

I always stay at the Crown Plaza in Richardson....some years ago they did away with the "mini BAR" .....a shame....
