LD 23 problems 1

Does anyone know why I would not have access to LD 23? I'm getting OVL309 when I try LD 23, and when I do >err ovl309 I get 'OVL441 Help text not found for error code: OVL309'.

Anyone know?.... thanks

You don't have access to that load. Let your admin know. They probably restricted you to certain LD's.

OVL309... have your provider give you the pw2 password. it doesn't do much good to learn your switch when someone else has a control issue. i don't share pw2 without a request but if i have that in writting then i am glad to. besides if the customer breaks it, i make ot putting it back together.
