LD 23 NCFW

I set up to night call forward an ACD to another DN .. so if calls overflow, it will flow to a phone regardless of time. I have threshold at 120 seconds

How do I set ALL calls to go to NCFW at all times regardless of time? Thanks!

Don't log anything into the ACD group

Assuming you don't have agents assigned to this queue, just maxp 1, and keep your ncfw.

you don't need to play with threshold.. all acd's that do not have actual phones logged in stay in the night mode.. in night the only route is to the ncfw. we use those to reroute internal/external dialed digits..

for just external you can use idc tables as well. some of our dept's have a unique menu for external/internal calls... we idc external to one menu, and ncfw internal to it's menu sdn.. calls coming in via dnis ie 1800 go direct to the att for that dept

You cannot overflow to a Q with no agents logged in. Your 5501 Q is a dummy Q that NCFW's. That won't work for an overflow situation. Also your timed overflow is set for 46 seconds, not 120 ( TOFT ).

how would i need to setup the 5501 dummy queue that ncfw to a hunt group? (i changed the 120 secs to try and force it sooner)\I need the overflow dummy queue to always ring the hunt group (MCR key)
