Is it possible to setup LCR to use the Line Group of a VoIP Trunk which in turn uses the PRI of another IPO on the other side of an SCN? If the PRI in the main site goes down we want to use the PRI on the other side of an SCN.

It is possible, however it requires some work:

1. The local IPO should know how to tell the remote IPO that calls coming from the fallback LCR are destined to an outside line.

2. The remote IPO should know to dial "outside" when such calls are coming from the IP trunk.

And how do I accomplish this?

Interesting question, I am trying to accomplish the same thing. If I find out anything I will post here.

In your LCR point your Line Group to (lets say 100 is your VoIP TIE) 100. The difference is, have the DIAL command insert a 9

On the other switch, create a shortcode of 9N/Dial/local line group.

Hope this helps...
