1> LCR is not possible use ARS (click help in the Manager on the ARS)
2> Don't use SMDR, use Delta Server 5.2.25 (it's on the Admin disc) This will be saved a a readeble textfile every day.

but to capture on hyperterminal:
open new tcp ip session on port specified in manager (system smdr section). Click disconnect straight away, Then click call----Wait for Call-. When the next call action completes you will see smdr output.
lcr is ars, alternate route selection but a hell of a lot easier than lcr on those crappy 308 systems, aka door openers.

Nothing wrong with a KXT. Put on wall, put out phones, walk of site and good chance you will never go back appart from chargeable work to move phones!!!

That's the salesman's fault usually.
If a customer wants simple, they are great. If customer is too tight to pay for what they want, tey should go look at ebay!!!
