If the TFT in non digital and has a standard VGA conector the same as your current monitor, it is very likely (95%) to just plug in and play.
Your PC's current video card should display on this monitor just fine.
Don't know if the monitor comes with drivers? usually not, but it should still display set as default monitor (just don't set the resolution and refresh rate above what the monitor is capable of displaying)
