layers disapear when open Quark 5 documents in version 6 X1.3.2

Opening Quark 5 documents in version 6 generates a message:
"This project requies minor repairs."
And a button which is the only choice: "Repair it".

The document opens with the only problem that layers disappears.

Does anyone have the same problem and know what to do?

I just loaded QX6 (running OS 10.2.8) and also having this problem. I wasn't using layers in QX5, but it seems that any text box sitting on top of another box will disappear. This also happened when I cut 2 lines of text (with an anchored text box in those 2 lines) and pasted into another box. The anchored box was lost.

Would something screwy like this work?... From Q5, save down to Q4. Then open the Q4 document in Q6.
