layer don't move all else does

Hello all,

I have created a site but am having trouble with the layers, i have created the site on a centered grid 1024 in width. When i preview and indeed look at the page in a browser it looks fine as long as the browser is at a resolution of 1024x 768, yet when you expand or scale the browser (in Golive aswell as ie/FF) everything adjusts appropriately except for the layers, which remain in their native position,and get in the way of text and graphics is there a way of fixing this, i can send a link so you can have a look if possible, would really appreciate some advice!?

Layers are absolutely positioned outside the normal flow of the document. That's why they don't move. You'll have to either fix the position of all your other content or move the content from the layers into the rest of your page so that it moves with the page.
