What Cisco product (or other vendor even) can I use to reroute traffic based upon the port. Basically I want to get a DSP connection and put all our HTTP, HTTPS, POP3 and FTP traffic on it. Has anyone done this at their site?

It is what it is!!

Any cisco router will do this... It's called Policy Based Routing (PBR).
