Launching app when logging off/shutting down

Hi - I have a timesheet application that I want to run when a user shuts down or logs off windows (To enter their final times for the day) - any idea how I could go about doing this ?

Hi - I think you can schedule a task for logging on and starting up, but not for shutting down and logging off ...
