I have an Access 2000 application that I'd like to distribute with its own icon rather then the "access" icon that appears normally. I know how to set the icon for the icon that appears in the upper left once the application is open. Tools>Startup>etc...

I've found that you can change the icon of a shortcut for to the access application, but cat you change the icon for the MDB?

Thanks for any help,

-J

The way I got this to work is to use a freeware setup packager application called InnoSetup. This will allow you to distribute your Access apps in a single full "wizard type" setup screens. The setup also creates program groups, assigns icons, and regesters any external libraries that need to be installed. Check it out at:

Hope this helps.
