Welp, having recently re-certified my CCDA prior to the current 640-441 being retired on March 5, 2003. Here is
what I remember being asked (in general):
Make sure you know routed and routing protocols.
Make sure you know the 3 layer design model.
Make sure you understand basic network security model.
Make sure you know router platforms and where they
fit in the scheme of things (SOHO/Branch, Regional,
corporate).
As I recall, I had three case studies to go through,
and different questions and topics were presented from
material in the case studies, so YOU had to READ the
case study carefully, in addition to what they are
asking you to answer.
The fact that you are a CCNA already helps, but this
test is NO gimme, despite only needing 755 to pass it.
You should also know stuff like ATM/LANE, Frame Relay/X25,
etc. The front portion of the test will be case studies,
the back portion will be fill in the blank, pick and choose, etc.
At least that is how I remember it, and I took it just
16 days ago.
