I have the subject printer connected through our network. There are approximately 15 users connected to it. One user is having problems with spooling. User's PC is W2K with SP4. The user prints through the 4600 but the W2K print spooler does not delete the job spool file. So, at next sign on, whatever is in the spooled file prints again. I have read KB216221 regarding "read only files" and this is not the case. Also, this user is having problems deleting and renaming printers. When the action is performed, error message Explorer.exed has generated errors and will be closed by windows. I believe this workstation was an upgrade from Windows 98 to W2K. I also have tried KB314867 with is about uninstalling Cleansweep. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
