What purpose do these large values serve?

I presume it's some sort of security encryption. Are these half of a public key?
 
We'd need to see the relevant ASP code to do anything more than guess.
 
i think its a session id as Chrits already pointed out...kinda View State (in asp.net terms)...saves all the details of a particular user for a particular session...
