Once .PST file gets over 1.5GB, problem begin. Microsoft's solution to a large .PST file is to Archive old sent, recieved etc. mail.
This is what I want to do, but my question is when I Archive the e-mail that I want, It creates another .PST file called example, "Sent_Mail_2003.PST" that could be a size of 60MB. If the orginal .PST file was 1.7 GB before I did the Archive, should it not be smaller after I have completed the archive. Instead, the original .PST file is still the same size and I now have the additional one @ 60MB. Does any one have any expeince with this?
Thanks.
