Large memory usage on a SBS2003 box.

We have a new Dell server running Small Business server 2003. The server is using a large amount of memory, when I check the Server Performance report. It appears that the SQLserver is using 750Mb of my ram. As when I check the SQL icon in the system tray there is nothing running/using SQL.
Any one had a similar problem??
