Large Fonts when Printing in Outlook Express

I have a 98SE machine running version 6 of Outlook Express. When the user prints an email the header prints out in the default print size. The body of the email prints in a extra large font. I have looked at all of the defaults, and reinstalled the print drivers with no solution. Also some of the web pages visited on that same machine are in a extra large font.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
