As Freestone said, it is a 44 pin IDE/ATA drive, adapters are quite common...

I think you're maybe asking for an adapter to go from 2.5" drive to 3.5" drive? Check this out:-

I was reading an old (and locked) topic that you started to do with a 2.5" Laptop Fujitsu and mhdd? Did you ever get an image using mhdd?
I have got a drive that ddrescue and some other windows tools failto get any data off. mhdd does reognise the drive but as you eluded to in your thread its not very user friendly (ATOF is the command I want to use).
