Laptop display problem. HELP!?!? 1

Hey guys and gals I need some help. I have a Toshiba Satellite 305CDS laptop sitting in front of me. My issue with it is It had Win95. I was to load Win98 from scratch, no prblem. Got all working and laptop up to speed except the display. What was once a FULL SCREEN display is now seated in the middle of the screen with about a 1 inch border all around. I know there is a way to fix this. Is there a display driver (NOT VIDEO JUST DISPLAY) out there for this? No matter what I do I cant get it full screen.
