Same problem as this excerpt from a closed thread. I cannot find the telephone answering item in the subscriber options, only telephone access which controls what language the subscriber hears. Callers still hear English when the system prompts them after the recorded greeting plays.

Hi Ken MeansI have had the team mailboxes set up for specific language prompting and when a subscriber calls a mailbox thy hear the prompting in their own language.However if i call into a mailbox an an external caller , then har the greeting , after the greeting I hear English prompts still. Any ideas why this treatment is still in English ?

The telephone answering must be setup in the subscriber options of what the caller will hear for that mailbox.
