Landline to mobile services in UK?

Hi tek tips users, I have a location in the UK with an Avaya system a few hundred hours of calls to UK mobile numbers and the circuits used are from Colt and BT.

In our site in south america we have mobile gateways connected to our Avaya switch and we divert all our mobiles calls through them as we get a cheaper service with a local provider than using a the public network for mobile calls.

My question is, does anybody knows of such providers in the UK? Does Vodafone, O2 or other local mobile providers provide such a service?

Thanks for your answer as I couldn't find anything in google (don't even know how the service is called in the UK).
