Three machines, 2 running XP, one with Win95.
Had the LAN working just fine, using NETBEUI protocall in Win98/95.
Now both are on XP, and there's just TOO much security! Can't get either machine to "see" the other, or the 3rd machine with Win95 on it.
I know I'm missing something in sharing or some setup, but I just can't figure it out.
Any ideas? Cheers,
Jim

Update: Activated the "Guest" accounts on the XP machines, and everything is working, except, neither can see the Win95 machine. Installed NETBEUI, and IPX/SPX just to check settings, everything seems OK, but not able to see the Win95 machine on either of the others. Double checked that Sharing is active, on all drives/partitons/files in the 95 machine...still hunting...Have logged on to the XP machines as Admin... Cheers,

You can install NETBEUI on the XP machines- I beleive that it is on the cd under value added or 3rd party .
