LAN mail taking 30 seconds to arrive in Outlook 97

We have an Exchange 2000 Mail server servicing our LAN of approx 80 users using a mixture of Outlook 97, 2000 and XP.

We have a problem with one of our Outlook 97 users. When they are sent e-mail on the LAN, it takes between 30 seconds and two minutes before it appears in the Outlook in box.

Any ideas why this may be so slow? Everyone elses e-mail appears in less than 3 seconds.
