LAN Gateway - Restore Tape

I have a damaged LAN Gateway card and after looking at the Avaya Documenation for this, it talkes about 'Returning the Application to its Original State' using the 'Definity LAN Gateway Tape that came with the system'

Does anyone have a spare one of these tapes - or one I can make a copy of? Ours seems to have went wandering and I'm hopeing this will restore the broken card.
