KXTD-1232 - phone system is down and all phones emitting a shrill
Any ideas what to look for?
A tech is on his way there right now.

That is an older system.

Could be the power supply.

Could be one bad phone dragging down the system.

Could be a computer plugged into one of the telephone jacks.

How many phones?

When he switched off the BMG, the static stopped.
However there is still static while calls are being transferred or on the door box.

Once the call connect, there is no static.

A reboot did not help.
