Does anybody know if I purchase the Panasonic phone system KXTA824 from Europe will it work in the USA?

Does the system meet or can it be program to meet the USA telcom and power requirements?

Euro and US standards are not the same and would probably not be compatible. Japanese and US are the same

systems here in the eurozone are 220v
