Hi again!
I've re-inherited a KX-TD816 I installed 28? years ago!
It still works!! (Short of one or two outdoor door stations).

I alas, don't have the DOS software anymore, and not finding it easily on here.
Can someone send me in the right direction?

And how about a latest EPROM image?

Might need some doorphones too.

Many of these systems I put in and others I see still work well!

Dunno what version lol.
From 97~
I think the newer software worked on old firmware. So any version will likely do.

On the bottom by or on the serial number sticker there’s a sticker that says 4, 5 or 6. Previous versions I think up needed to open the little cover and look at the long number on the EPROMs. I’m not sure the tool was backwards compatible. Ver 6 tool would work on a v5 sys but no further. Jeez I didn’t even know that I had remembered all this. Ha ha.

Need a serial connection too unless you propose to use some sort of usb adapter. I found the windows version online, doubt I have that and I did have a load of gunf on my Google drive regarding Panasonic but this may well be corrupt.
