Looking after a customer with an NS700 running FW version 009.00018.
Recently changed SIP providers and now staff are unable to forward to mobile numbers using the TRANSFER key on their NT553 handsets.
Forwarding to national numbers (e.g. 07, 03, 02, in Australia) work fine.
Looking for some guidance as I'm just about at wit's end.
The only 'issue' I can find is that the attempted transfer shows as coming from 'unknown@WAN_IP' in the SIP trace instead of an extension number or CLIP.
Almost like it's failing to display the FROM header when handling the transfer. It was originally displaying the transferee's CLIP prior to SIP provider change, now showing the extension CLIP due to recent legislation changes.
