Just a note, I have had problems with the Dell 7000 Inspiron Laptop since purchasing it. Computer shut down problems, memory loss and the like. I am even more infuriated that it has taken me over a month to order a simply battery replacement for the computer. A month and it still hasn't arrived. Is this a major computer manufacturer or is it all a front???
