Hi All!

I have WIN NT4 Servers (SP6)and WIN 2000 workstations (SP4). After installing the newest critical patch on the workstations(Buffer Overrun in the ListBox and in the ComboBox Control Could Allow Code Execution-824141), my login script won't run on the workstations. It starts, then disapperars. If I remove that one patch, then all's well. Anyone have an idea as to what's causing this, so I don't have to remove 824141? Thanks in advance.

Hi All,

Figured out the problem. On some of my 2000 work stations, kix32.exe was in the root of C...instead of C:\WINNT. After fixing that, the batch file and script run. I have no idea why it was working until this one patch, as it should be in C:\WINNT. Go figure!
