From what I get out of the installer guide is you can only assign up to 5 sets with a KIM module.

This means only 5 people can have DID's on their KIM's (eKIM) as well the features and DSS ....the rest of the people that cannot be assigned in programming can only use their KIMs (oKIM) as DSS and feature keys.

Sound correct?

i.e. you cannot have 10 people with 1 KIM each and all of them have DID's assigned to the KIM's

MICS being used as an answering service.....not for long though if I am correct above as they want to add more agents/KIMs

Assigning an extension as a CAP means you can overflow line assignments onto the KLM or KIM. Any extension should be able to have a KIM attached for DSS and/or feature buttons. So you are correct that only 5 extensions can have target lines appear on the KIMs.
