Here's a few items to consider off the top of my head (I am travelling and do not have access to my repository)

Introductions, including each person's stake/interest int he project
Background and Project Vision (Project Sponsor)
Project High level timeline, staffing, and budget (as appropriate) (Project sponsor or PM)
Risk roundtable - each person states what he/she perceives as the greatest risk to the project.
PRoject communication - meeting schedule, status reports, etc.
Summary - open issues and takeaways.
