I've just posted a reply refering to keyboard shortcuts and got to thinking (ok - not too hard!) I use the keyboard as much - if not more than the mouse in Excel but virtually all things must be possible..

Everyone knows CTRL+C copys, CTRL+P prints, CTRL+PageUp selects previous sheet, CTRL+* selects current region etc.

But how much more can you do?

LOTS!!

I could reproduce a big list here but I've just found someone that's done that for me. This is the best of the four or five sites I've just looked at

Found the excel shortcuts. Thanks to all for your generosity! Dan.

Hello Loomah,
The keyboard shortcuts for Excel are greatly appreciated.

FYI,
In Word there is a built in macro that will create a table listing out all keyboard commands.

1. "Tools" select "Macro" then "Macros"
2. "Macros In" select "Word Commands"
3. Type the letter "l"
4. Select "ListCommands" then "Run"

This will create a 10+ page table of the "Current Menu and Keyboard Settings" or a 34+ page table of "All Word Commands"

This macro exists for all versions of Word.

Regards,
Michael
