Hi,

I'm assuming this is an XP problem, as it's happening in Word, Notepad, etc.

My keyboard/language settings are shown below:
keyboard.JPG

The original problem I had was that when I typed an apostrophe or quotation mark, it wouldn't appear on the screen until I typed the next letter.

Now, when I type an exclamation mark, and then say the letter o, it's making it into an umlaut, as shown here! ö!!

How can i get my keyboard back to normal??? please help!

Do you need the United States-International? What options have you under that drop down menu?

From Australia.

Default Input Language is English (Australia) - US.

Keyboard is just US
